quality

this program includes more than 42 hours of live delivery, two individual coaching sessions per participant, supported peer conversations and coaching and much opportunity for guided self-directed learning. 

the program itself offers an innovative framework for systems leadership and is unique in it's deep integration of meditation, application and theory and exploring systems leadership from a western and First Nations lens.

this program is not an out of the box training, but providing a foundation from which you can create change in yourself, your role and your contribution to the systems you live in. 

diversity
as program directors, and practitioners working in systems and complexity we value diversity at large. this might be across professional experience or organizational hierarchy, sectors of work, areas of focus (education, health, environment etc), ways of knowing, or types of organizations (not for profits, government, private sectors). we welcome participants from across this wide range of diversities to the program to support a systemic approach to understanding complexity. we know depending on the organization you work in and your role that professional development time and resources can be very different.
financial accessibility
we want to ensure financial accessibility, and that folks can participate regardless of their financial situation. we have offered multiple payment methods, early bird pricing, and scholarships. if you are experiencing financial hardship or receive an income less than $70,000 AUD, please reach out to discuss how we can support you to participate. 

relational learning
to create a high quality program, where participants can engage in meaningful and relational based learning we will be capping the number of participants at 40 participants.

walking alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people

we believe that we should do whatever we can to walk beside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to lead and self-determine in whatever context they are living and working in. to contribute to this, any Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participant can get in touch if they are unable to participate in the pricing and a full or part scholarship will be provided.

program pricing

in determining how we would approach our pricing model, we considered each of these principles.

we are offering an early bird price of $3000 AUD incl. gst from november 7th to december 31st.

on january 1st the regular program price of $3500 AUD incl. gst will be in effect. 

given our principle of financial accessibility, if there is anyone that would like to discuss options to make this more affordable for you, we are both very happy to discuss this.

cancellation policy

cancellations 2 weeks before program start will be refunded in full. cancellations after this time will not be granted a refund. absolutely no refunds will be provided once the program has begun. should you choose to no longer participate once the program has begun you are still required to complete the full program payment.
